In this episode, our longest running challenger Merrisa Casella gets real about what it takes to consistently integrate the 7 Elements of Wellness for over a year.

How did Merrisa achieve over 365 days of living her elements? It was January 4th, a first of the year challenge, one stormy, rainy night in front of a mirror. With everything in life coming full throttle, Merrisa decided to invest in herself, by making a commitment and changes to her routine. 

Merrisa Casella sits down with the creators of the 7 elements challenge, Laci and Trish and shares the moment she decided to choose herself and her story of transformation (almost 50 lbs released, less hormonal "less bitchy", started a restaurant, and a very empowered:aka “I don't give a F@$!” outlook on life). She also gives tips on how to do your own version of the elements and how to get your kids involved in the elements as well.
